Adjustable Band Clamps provide a unique and efficient clamping mechanism for objects of any shape and size. The same clamp can be used to handle a gallon container or fit snugly to hold a small thermometer, reducing the need to stock numerous clamp sizes and reducing time spent looking for the right clamp to use. These clamps are light in weight, while providing a secure clamping mechanism that will stand up to the rigors of constant use. The stainless steel band features a tensile strength of 100,000 psi and a rugged durability, which can handle extreme bending and twisting without failure. The distribution of the clamping pressure, plus proper band tension, essentially eliminate the breakage of expensive glassware and other fragile equipment. The design allows for precision alignment of supported equipment in less time than other heavy duty clamps. The design simplicity permits easy cleaning and replacement of inexpensive band. The stainless steel construction resists both heat—in excess of 2300°F (1260°C)—and corrosion. The diameter of Adjustable band clamps is unlimited in size, restricted only by the length of band stock you may use.
